- Roberts Elementary School Classroom Addition Ribbon Cutting

The official ribbon-cutting ceremony was held on July 22, 2025, to celebrate the official opening of a new classroom addition
at Roberts Elementary School.This 16-classroom addition begun one year ago is now complete, bringing the school to a grand total of 59 classrooms to accommodate
the growing community. The project includes:- New multipurpose STEM Lab
- Restrooms, staff workroom, and storage
- Modifications to parking and driveways to accommodate new building and provide additional parking and vehicle queueing
- Enclosed connection to main building for enhanced safety and security.
Members of the Paulding County Board of Education, including Board Chair Debbie Collett, Adam Clayton, and Theresa Lyons,
attended the event, along with Superintendent Steve Barnette and members of the PCSD Central Office. Roberts Elementary
Principal Paul Wilder welcomed guests, joined by Assistant Principal Dr. Tracy Sellars and EAC, Jennifer Wilson, as they expressed
gratitude for the collaborative efforts that made the project possible.Special recognition was given to RLR Architects and Carroll Daniel Construction for their exceptional work in delivering a
high-quality addition on time and on budget. Following the ribbon cutting, guests were invited to tour the new classrooms and
explore the upgraded facilities that will support student learning for years to come.
