The Paulding County School District’s four-year graduation rate climbed to 88.8 percent in 2019, an increase of 2.5 percentage points over last year and nearly seven percentage points higher than the state average.
In a unanimous vote, the Paulding County Board of Education has granted Superintendent Dr. Brian Otott a three-year contract. Since his hire in 2017, Dr. Otott has been proactive in implementing programs and initiatives to improve Paulding County’s 33 schools. Click here to download press release.
South Paulding High School is the recipient of the Sportsmanship Cup for the 2018-2019 school year. As a part of the overall sportsmanship emphasis of the school district, the cup is awarded annually to the school that demonstrates the best overall sportsmanship based on a points system.
