Beginning 7/17/17, the East Paulding Middle School office will be open Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm
The attachment below contains the list of suggested Summer reading materials for students enrolled or planning to enroll in Honors or Advanced Language Arts or Advanced Social Studies courses at East Paulding Middle School for the 2017-2018 school year. Students are free to pick one book to read from their appropriate grade level suggestions. No assignments are associated with these books, but they will assist students in understanding the content covered within the associated courses.
The link below will provide you with a list of general items that students will need to help them have a successful year during the 2017-2018 school year. Each grade level has listed some general items that will help students in all classes. 7th and 8th grade teachers have also provided some specific items for each content area.
General classroom donations are also always appreciated but never expected. Items that are used often include pencils (plain and colored), hand sanitizer, clorox wipes, facial tissue, notebook paper, scissors, and white liquid-glue.
Due to the solar eclipse on August 21, 2017, the Paulding County School District will DELAY dismissal of elementary, middle and high school students by ONE HOUR.
The Paulding County Board of Education has named Dr. Brian Otott as Interim Superintendent, effective June 1, 2017.
