Paulding County School District officials and a host of public officials and community representatives broke ground on the new Paulding College & Career Academy (PCCA). Located at 4555 Dallas Acworth Highway in Dallas, Ga.

PCSD College and Career Academy Awarded $3.15 Million Grant
The Technical College System of Georgia has awarded the Paulding County School District $3.15 million to help construct a new College and Career Academy that will develop job skills in students to help meet the future needs of employers in Paulding County.

Press Release: FY2023 Budget Approved
The Paulding County Board of Education has adopted a budget for next school year that funds a range of critical initiatives, including retaining and attracting quality teachers and support staff in a highly competitive job market. To support the work of its outstanding teachers, the budget maintains current class sizes while accommodating the addition of almost 1,600 students, the largest increase in enrollment in more than 15 years. Other critical initiatives in the budget include significant enhancements to safety and security, as well as improvements in technology, maintenance, and transportation.

Strategic Plan Goal Areas Approved
At its May 24, 2022, meeting the Paulding County Board of Education approved the Goal Areas and Performance Objectives for the school district's new five-year Strategic Plan that will go into effect July 1, 2022.
