    Technology Services is pleased to offer a valuable service for the Paulding County School District. We utilize Microsoft Entra for Self-Service Password Reset (SSPR), allowing users to easily reset their passwords online without needing to submit a work order.

    To get started, you need to set up SSPR by registering your account. Click on the Registration button to your right and complete the setup of your authentication methods. For staff who have already set up their Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) methods, you’re all set for SSPR.

    If you forget your password, you can use the Microsoft Online Password Reset Portal. Simply click on the password reset button and follow the prompts to verify your identity and reset your password. Additionally, on district PCs, staff and students can perform SSPR by entering their district email address in the username field at the Windows logon screen and pressing “reset password.”

    Please note both staff and students (3-12) can use this service.
