Congratulations to our PCHS local winner and PCSD District PAGE STAR Winner, Jacob King, who went to the Region 1 award ceremony last night at Coosa County Country Club and tied with 4 other students for first place! He was in good company as he competed with 23 other school districts in our region. We will be moving onto the State competition on April 23rd! We’re so proud of Jacob for all his hard work and his upstanding character and for representing our school and district well! And a huge thank you to the Paulding Chamber of Commerce for sponsoring us in this program!

Attention freshman, sophomores, and jr’s: there will be a class of 2019 parent night for current jr’s on Monday, march 26th, a class of 2020 parent night for current sophomores on Wednesday, march 28th and a class of 2021 parent night for current freshmen on thrusday, march 29th. Sessions for all three nights will be available at 4:00, 5:00 and 6:00 in the media center. Bring your parents to whichever session is most convenient.
Sophomores & juniors: are you interested in being able to leave school early, go to work, earn money & get high school credit? If so, then work-based learning might be for you. Registration is now open for next year. Please see mrs. Parker in room 820 for more information.
Attention Jr’s: minimum day forms are now available for next year. If you are interested in minimum day for your senior year, please pick up an application in the guidance office. Return the completed, signed application to Ms. Leatherwood.

Smith in the counseling office: any acceptance letters from colleges and any award letters for any scholarships you have received or any military documentation showing that you have enlisted.
