Below are several files which show the expectations for Digital Learning. Digital Learning Expectations explains best practices that should occur in all digital learning situations. The Red Level 1 document is best used when flexibility is needed for teacher and student learning experiences. Red Level 1 could be called for inclement weather, professional learning, or other experiences that may not mirror the regular school day. The Red Level 2 document shows the expectations when we have shifted to a digital experience that mirrors a school day experience, including synchronous sessions, feedback, and evaluation of work. If you teach special needs students, please review the ESEP Department's supplemental documents for Red Level 1 and Red Level 2. Finally, the Student Extended Absence Guidance assists you in preparing for blended learning environments to support student engagement and learning during extended absences.
