Welcome to Culinary Arts! My name is Mrs. Sandy Osoinach (O-sin-nack). This is my fifth year teaching Culinary Arts at East Paulding High School. Prior to teaching at EPHS, I taught Home Economics and Food Industry classes in Central Florida. I am also the club sponsor for FCCLA Family, Career, and Community Leaders of America. This organiziation supports our greatest assest--the family. It is a great way to build leadership skills for both young men and women.

All students will need to have the following before entering the kitchen:
1. Parent and student signed syllabus
2. Parent Release Form
3. Chef Uniform.  All items are embroidered with name for easy identification. Click here to order uniforms.
     a. Chef Coat
     b. Apron
     c. Toque or Beanie
     d. Pants (loose but not sagging)
     e. Hair net (Recommeded if you have lots of hair/braids)
4. Closed toed shoes only
5. No nail polish and/or artificial nails, no shorts, no leggings
6. Please feel free to order from another vendor if you prefer
