Degrees and Certifications:
Ms. Brittany Drumgold
Hello Spartan Family! My name is Brittany Drumgold, and it is my pleasure to serve as your Assistant Principal/CTAE Director this school year.
I am a native of Augusta, Georgia. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition from Life University. I attended Strayer University to obtain a Master of Education in Adult Education. I also earned my Specialist in Curriculum and Instruction from Piedmont University.
My Educational background started in Richmond County where I taught Nutrition for two years. After relocating back to the Douglasville area, I started my career in the Paulding County School District. I was part of the Connections Department for eleven years at South Paulding Middle School teaching Family and Consumer Sciences and Read 180. I made the transition to South Paulding High School during the 2022-2023 school year as a Culinary Arts Teacher.
When I’m not at South Paulding you can find me enjoying time with my son Thai. He is a Senior here at South where he is the starting DB/WR for the Spartan’s Football Team. My hobbies are collecting Sneakers, binging a series on Netflix, or looking to explore a new restaurant with my family and friends.
As a lifelong learner, my hope is that my efforts will inspire every student at South to reach for the stars.
Thank you for entrusting me with your child.
