• Hi my name is Joyce Philman. I love to learn, and I love to teach.  I have experience in ESEP: SID, PID, MO, MI AND IRR, also I have taught students at the  Elementary,  Middle, and High Schools. I work hard to keep learning fun and intersting. My goal is to create life long learners who are excited to ask questions and learn more about the world around them, even into adulthood.
