Welcome to an exciting and educational year in Biology! This course is designed to provide students with a detailed introduction to the study of Biological Science.  Biology is the study of life and throughout this course students will learn about life characteristics and how organisms interact with one another. It is a required course for graduation that focuses on building a strong foundation in science literacy and inquiry for all students.  It is my hope that each student will gain appreciation for the science processes and that many will develop an interest in science that continues well beyond high school.
