Hi! I am Shannon Toler, Athletic Director and Assistant Principal at South Paulding High School.
I spent four years teaching at Dugan Elementary before finding my home here with the Spartans. I hold a Bachelors Degree in Early Childhood/ Special Education from Mercer University, a Masters in Special Education from Capella University, and a Tier 1 Leadership Certificate from University of West Georgia. I have spent the last 20+ years involved with Athletics in the South Paulding community, coaching cheerleading as well as serving as an assistant athletic director for one year. My children and I have invested a lot of time and love in this community. My daughters are both SPHS graduates (Brianna, 2017 and Gracie, 2022) and my son, Luke, will be a class of 2030 graduate! I have loved watching my own children and my school kiddos flourish over the years. Being able to see them from elementary to graduation has been a blessing.
When we aren't at a SPHS athletic event, you can find us at a ballpark somewhere with our baseball family watching my boy do what he loves! We love watching the Braves and college football. The beach is “my place”, so any chance we get to head to the sand, we do!
