• I am beginning my first year as an Assistant Principal after spending four years teaching at Dugan Elementary and three years teaching here at South.  I hold a Bachelors Degree in Early Childhood/ Special Education, a Masters in Special Education, and am currently working on my Educational Leadership Certificate.   I have spent the last 20 years coaching cheerleading in the South Paulding community and love any chance I still get to work with the program!

My family has invested a lot of time and love in this community.  My two daughters are both SPHS graduates (Brianna, 2017 and Gracie, 2022) and my son, Luke, is a 5th grader at Dugan.  I have loved watching my own children and my school kiddos flourish over the years.  Being able to see them from elementary to graduation has been a blessing.  I love to teach but also love to learn new things!

In our time away from SPHS, many days are spent at a ballpark somewhere with our baseball family watching my boy do what he loves!  We love watching the Braves and college football.  The beach is “my place”, so any chance we get to head to the sand, we do!

I am excited about beginning my 1st year as an AP and even more excited that I get to do it at SOUTH!
