Mr. Wilson Delille
My name is Wilson Delille. I am a French teacher at South Paulding High School. I am a former graduate of Haiti University (Management), France University (Finances Degree), New York University (Health Policy & Planning), and UWG (French Certification and Master degree in Technology). I have been a French teacher for the past 13 years. I taught French at all levels at Villa Rica High School (GA) for 2 years, Trumansburg High School (NY) 4 years, and Dunwoody HS (Atlanta) for 2 years. I have been married for 31 years and I am a proud father of 3 boys aged 18 to 28 years old.
Learning another language is not a luxury any longer. It is a very important skill in order to survive in the multi-diverse society of today. As we know, the world has become a global village. By learning a new language, students become aware of their place in the world from a more global reference point, learning how to communicate with others and view life differently.
I believe that the goal of foreign language education is to prepare every student to be a contributing member of the global society. It is my goal as a French teacher to help each student see their importance in the world and the importance of gaining knowledge of another language so that they can contribute to the world community.
