Student Parking Permit Application & Vehicle Registration Instructions
Instructions for Filing:
This Application Is for Registering a Single Vehicle by the Student for the Purpose of Leasing and Securing a Parking Space. Rules and Regulations Pertaining to On-campus Parking and Operation of a Vehicle Are Contained Herein. Completion of This Application Shall Be Construed As Acceptance of the Parking and Operation Rules and Regulations. Students Who Elect to Drive a Vehicle Shall Complete This Application. Applications Will Be Subject to Review and Approval by the Principal or His Designated Representative. Applications Will Be Kept on File at the School. the North Paulding Administration Reserves the Right to Determine Where a Student Parks on Campus.The Parking Application, Student Parking Contract, and All Required Files Listed Below for 2024 - 2025 School Year Must Be Submitted via Email. All Required Documents Must Be Clearly Legible and Scanned into a Pdf File or Saved As a Jpeg, Gif, or Png Image File. All Files Will Follow the Same Format in How They Are Saved and Emailed to the School’s Parking E-mail Address. Do Not Submit Incomplete or Unfinished Files; All Attachments Need to Be in a Single Email. Failure to Follow the Instructions Will Result in the Email Being Deleted and the Application Needing to Be Resubmitted. the Revtrak Link for Seniors Will Go Live on July 1st at Midnight.
Application Instructions:
You will email as attachments the following required documents:
· Completed Electronic NPHS Student Parking Application with Student/Parent E-Signatures
· Student Parking Rules and Regulations Contract with Student/Parent E-Signatures
- Digital color copy of CURRENT Class C or D Driver's License (no permits) [JPEG, GIF, or PNG File]
- Digital copy of CURRENT Motor Vehicle Registration (NOT EXPIRED) "AD Valorem Tax Receipt" [JPEG, GIF, or PNG File]
- Digital copy of CURRENT Automobile Insurance Card (NOT EXPIRED) [JPEG, GIF, or PNG File]
All PDF or image files need to be named in the same format. The REQUIRED name format is “Student Last Name, Student First Name - ID# (Name of Requested Item)” and emailed as attachments to nphsparking@paulding.k12.ga.us using the following Subject line format: “Student Last Name, Student First Name - ID# (Student Parking Application and Required Documents)”

Named Documents Example:

DAILY PARKING INFORMATION
- Daily Parking will be leased starting on Wednesday, September 4th for the following week; the first day for parking will be Monday, September 9th.
- Daily Parking is $5 per day and individual students can only lease 2 days per academic week. Reservations and payment are to be completed in the front office.
- Payment is via major credit card or debit card only; cash is NOT accepted for payment.
- In order to be eligible for Daily Parking, a completed registration packet must be submitted by fully and accurately completing the form HERE.
- The school forms that must be completed can be found in the front office or downloaded below:

- Students that do not follow the Daily Parking guidelines may lose the privilege of driving on campus for the remainder of this year and be ineligible to drive on campus next year as well.
- Illegal parking on campus could result in the vehicle being towed at the owner's expense without warning.
