    Student Parking Permit Application & Vehicle Registration Instructions

     

     

    Instructions for Filing:
    This application is for registering a single vehicle by the student for the purpose of leasing and securing a parking space. Rules and regulations pertaining to on-campus parking and operation of a vehicle are contained herein. Completion of this application shall be construed as acceptance of the parking and operation rules and regulations. Students who elect to drive a vehicle shall complete this application. Applications will be subject to review and approval by the Principal or his designated representative. Applications will be kept on file at the school. The North Paulding Administration reserves the right to determine where a student parks on campus.

     

    The Parking Application, Student Parking Contract, and all required files listed below for 2025 – 2026 school year must be submitted via email. All required documents must be clearly legible and scanned into a PDF file or saved as a JPEG, GIF, or PNG image file. All files will follow the same format in how they are saved and emailed to the school’s parking e-mail address. Do not submit incomplete or unfinished files; all attachments need to be in a single email. Failure to follow the instructions will result in the e-mail being deleted and the application needing to be submitted. The Revtrak Link for Seniors will go live on July 1st at midnight. 

      

    Application Instructions:

    • Seniors
      • You may begin submitting paperwork below to NPHSParking@paulding.k12.ga.us on July 1st. All senior application packets will be due by July 5th for this window. If submitted afterward, you will be placed on the waiting list. You will be notified if the files are accepted, or you need to correct anything within 5 days of submission.
      • Any submissions sent before July 1st will be deleted without comment by the system automatically without a response.
    • Juniors
      • Tier 3 Juniors (those with Work-Based Learning or Dual Enrollment) 
        • Start submitting completed application packets on July 8th through July 12th. Please note that Juniors will NOT need to submit a RevTrak receipt.
        • Complete applications (RevTrak is NOT required to be considered complete) will be emailed to NPHSParking@paulding.k12.ga.us 
        • In addition to the paperwork above, all Juniors will need to complete the form HERE to be registered for a Junior Lottery in case it is needed. Tier 3 Juniors will be in the first lottery to fill all open spots before Tier 4 is assigned spots. The form will not open until July 8th at 12:00am EST; it will close on July 12th at 11:59 EST
        • If you submit an application after July 12th, you will be placed on the waitlist for the year.
        • In the event the number of applicants exceeds the number of available permits, a lottery will be held with Tier 3 Juniors to determine which will be assigned remaining spots.
      • Tier 4 Juniors (those present all 4 blocks)
        • A lottery will be held for any open spots after the above 3 Tiers are filled
        • Tier 4 Juniors will need to complete the form HERE to be registered for a junior lottery in case any spots are allotted to Tier 4 juniors. The form will not open until July 8th at 12:00am EST; it will close on July 12th at 11:59 EST.
      • Any Junior submissions sent before July 8th will be deleted without comment by the system automatically without a response.

     

    You will email as attachments the following required documents:

    ·    Completed Electronic NPHS Student Parking Application with Student/Parent Signatures

    ·    Student Parking Rules and Regulations Contract with Student/Parent Signatures

    • Digital color copy of CURRENT Class C or D Driver's License (no permits) [JPEG, GIF, or PNG File]
    • Digital copy of CURRENT Motor Vehicle Registration (NOT EXPIRED) "AD Valorem Tax Receipt" [JPEG, GIF, or PNG File]
    • Digital copy of CURRENT Automobile Insurance Card (NOT EXPIRED) [JPEG, GIF, or PNG File]
    • Digital copy of RevTrak Receipt [JPEG, GIF, or PNG File]

    All PDF or image files need to be named in the same format. The REQUIRED name format is “Student Last Name, Student First Name - ID# (Name of Requested Item)” and emailed as attachments to nphsparking@paulding.k12.ga.us using the following Subject line format: “Student Last Name, Student First Name - ID# (Student Parking Application and Required Documents)”

    Named Documents Example:

    Distribution Information:

    • Parking passes will be purchased and distributed in the following priority order:
      • Tier 1 - Seniors with Work Based Learning/Dual Enrollment (Purchase through RevTrak AND submit application packet between July 1st - July 5th)
      • Tier 2 - Seniors present on campus for 4 blocks (Purchase through RevTrak AND submit application packet between July 1st - July 5th)
      • Tier 3 - Juniors with Work Based Learning/Dual Enrollment (Submit packet between July 8th - July 12th) *Based on availability, students will be contacted if a spot is assigned.
      • Tier 4Juniors present on campus for 4 blocks. If there are any spots available after the above distribution days, there will be a Junior lottery for the remaining spots. The application, along with discipline and attendance records, will be reviewed before a parking permit is issued on the assigned Distribution Day for the student. 

    Distribution Days:

    IMPORTANT: The student or their guardian MUST attend on the assigned day listed below to get their pass. Due to high volume and limited availability, there will not be any exceptions.

    Please note that the times listed are the start dates for that Tier.

    Dates:

    July 21st at 9:00 AM - Tier 1 - Seniors with Work Based Learning/Dual Enrollment/Minimum Day

    July 21st at 10:00 AM - Tier 2 - Seniors present all 4 blocks

    July 22nd at 9:00 AM - Tier 3 - Juniors with Work Based Learning/Dual Enrollment (students will be contacted)
