Why is Mental Health Important?

Mental health refers to one's well-being: emotionally, psychologically, and socially. It affects how we think, feel, and act. It also helps determine how we handle stress, relate to others, and make healthy choices. Mental health is important at every stage of life, from childhood and adolescence through adulthood.

It is also says which stores accept SNAP, WIC, and other payment options as WIC (special supplemental nutrition programs for women, infants, and children) is still in operation.
