School Sponsored Clubs
School Sponsored clubs (excluding competitive interscholastic activities or events) are those under the sponsorship, direction and control of the school that organize and meet for common goals, objectives and purposes. State law requires that parents have the right to withhold permission for their student to participate in any school sponsored club or organization designated by them. If you do not wish for your student to participate in any of the clubs/organizations listed below, please indicate the name of the club/organization, sign in the space provided and return to your student’s school. If a club is added during the year, you will be provided with information on the club and your written permission will be required prior to your student’s participation.
