Important Reminders for the Class of 2025:
***IMPORTANT UPDATE: Seniors will receive their "golden ticket" (date TBA) soon. This will show they are clear of all financial holds or if they have holds they need to take care of. Seniors MUST bring this ticket to the senior breakfast on 5/20/25 at 9 a.m. in the cafeteria. This is their ADMISSION TICKET to the senior breakfast. They will be required to get signatures from the media center and the bookkeeper on the following items:
1) Senior dues
2) Lost books, media center fees
3) Technology (laptop, etc.)
4) Fees for athletics, clubs, etc.
5) Any other fees/holds on their account

Senior Class Meeting #2 PPT (Graduation/Senior Portraits/Transcripts/Letters of Recommendation)
Senior Newsletter that was handed out at 1/15/25 meeting. Apologies for the discrepancy in the letter given to students, but HONORS graduates will receive 4 tickets to sit on the field for the ceremony. Gates open at 6:30 p.m., and the ticketed seating is first come, first served. There is no limit on the number of attendees for seating in and around the stadium. There is no fee for the tickets.

Senior Honors Night 5/13 at 7 p.m. in the football stadium (cords will be acknowledged and distributed at the ceremony)
Baccalaureate Ceremony 5/18 at 4 p.m. in the auditorium
Senior Yearbook Distribution/Signing event: 5/8 during 4th period on the football field (make up day is 5/9)
Senior Sunset: 5/8/25 at 6:30 on the football field
Spring chalk it up (parking spot decorations): 5/12/25 from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m.
Senior laptop collection: 5/13-5/14 in the media center
Senior Dues
-Click HERE to access the senior dues payment on RevTrak.
-Senior dues cover graduation costs and senior events in May. This does not include your cap and gown. Some of the costs include, but are not limited to, the senior breakfast, senior picnic, senior t-shirt, sound system rental, chair rentals, emergency services on site for graduation, and more.
-If you are NOT participating in any of the senior events in May as well as the graduation ceremony, please notify your counselor and Mr. Goodison prior to paying senior dues.
-Senior dues are $85. Deadline to pay is April 18, 2025.

Cap and Gown

-A reminder that packages have a payment plan option
-Cap and gown delivery will be 4/15/25 during lunch periods. Any unclaimed cap and gown packages will remain at the school.
Yearbooks

-Senior yearbook distribution scheduled for 5/8/25 during 4th period on the football field.
Senior Sunset
-5/8/25 at 6:30 p.m. on the football field
-Students can bring supplies for a slip 'n slide, a reminder that you must be dressed school appropriate!
Senior Chalk it Up Event
-5/12/25 from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m.
-A reminder that only washable materials can be used
-A $250 fine will be placed on the student account if permanent paint is used for parking spot decorations.
Senior Honors Nights
-May 13th in the football stadium at 7 p.m.
- The ceremony will be moved to the gym if we experience weather.
Baccalaureate Service
-May 18th at 4 p.m. in the auditorium
Final Exams for Seniors
-May 13th (3rd and 4th block exams)
-May 14th (1st and 2nd block exams)
-Seniors will have early release after their 2nd block exam
-Seniors will not have to report back to school until 5/20/25 for graduation practice

Graduation Practice
-Tuesday, May 20th at 9 a.m.: report to the cafeteria for senior breakfast, then report to Craton Gym for practice. You will need your golden ticket (completed with signatures) for entry into the cafeteria.
-Wednesday, May 21st at 9 a.m.: report to Craton Gym for practice; the senior picnic will follow.
-Please plan to attend both practice sessions!
Graduation Ceremony
-Thursday, May 22nd, at 8 p.m. at Hardin Stadium
-Seniors need to report to Craton Gym by 6 p.m.
