2024-2025Hal Hutchens Elementary School Improvement Plan Goals
Third - Fifth Grade Reading Goal: Students in 3rd, 4th, and 5th grades scoring proficient or distinguished on the Georgia Milestones ELA Assessment will increase from 39.5% (SY24) to 50% (SY25).
Third – Fifth Grade Math Goal: Students scoring above or on grade level with the Math Beacon administration for the 2025 administration will increase from 63% to 70% for third grade; 39% to 42% for fourth grade; and 24% to 43% for fifth grade.
