Hello,
My name is Amy Carver, and I am incredibly excited for the upcoming school year! More importantly, I am thrilled to be your child’s teacher! It is going to be an amazing year! I can't wait to see how much each student accomplishes.
I want to take a moment to tell you a little about myself. I graduated from Covenant College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education. I earned a Master of Science degree in Middle Level Education from Walden University, and I received a Reading Endorsement from RESA. I am certified to teach general education, special needs education, and middle level reading. I have been in the field of education for 18 years. I have taught general education Pre-K, Special Needs Pre-K, Kindergarten, 1st - 5th reading, and 4th grade.
My family lives in Rome, Georgia. My daughter, Ann Marie, is currently enrolled at Georgia Highlands College. She is pursuing a nursing degree. My parents, Johnny & Denise, are retired and loving life.
