Mrs. Chapman's 1st Grade

Hi, My name is Ms. Chapman. I have been teaching Elementary School for over 13 years. I am have taught 1st, 3rd, 4th, and 5th grade. I love teaching First Grade. I have taught in Illinois, California, and Georgia. I have my BA degree in Liberal Studies/Literacy, Master Degree in Teaching Language Arts and Literacy, and Reading Certification. I have completed Institute of Multisensory Education (IMSE) Orton-Gillingham Practicum and now certified in Orton-Gillingham through IMSE and the International Dyslexia Association. I am married and have three grown children and have three beautiful grandchildren. I have two golden retrievers! I love jogging, scrapbooking, journaling, cooking/baking, and hiking. I love spending time with family and friends and drinking coffee :) I love inspiring young minds to do their absolute best!
