• My name is Mrs. Ballew, and this is my 11th year teaching. I graduated from the University of West Georgia with a Bachelor’s in Early Childhood Education in May 2009. I also earned my Master’s Degree in Early Childhood Education from UWG (December 2011). This is my 8th year as a Union Wildcat, and there is no place I’d rather be! Union is a family that I’m so blessed to be a part of!

          

    I have been married for 12 years and live in the Union Community. My husband (a former Union Wildcat) and I have 2 children. Our son, Rylen, is almost 8 years old. He is in second grade this year. Adalyn, our daughter, will be 3 years old in January. She is a future Wildcat! We also have two dogs (Hazel and Max) and a cat (Sylvester).

          

    Taking trips to Disney World with my family is one of my favorite things to do! I also love to shop at Target, drink coffee, and watch college football! Fall is my absolute favorite season for sure! Teaching is a passion, and I love watching my students learn new things!
