Dear Shelton Families,
I hope your summer has been filled with fun, rest, and family time. As we prepare for the start of a new school year, I’m excited to officially welcome you back and share a little more about myself.
I am honored to introduce myself as the new principal of Shelton Elementary School. It is a privilege to join a school known for academic excellence and strong family and community partnerships. My 18 years of service in the Paulding County School District began at Panter Elementary School as a classroom teacher and later as an instructional lead teacher. Most recently, I worked at Union Elementary School, where I served as the Evaluation and Assessment Coordinator and then as Assistant Principal. Having grown up in Paulding County and now serving in the very district that shaped me, I am deeply committed to the success of all students by collaborating closely with families, staff, and community partners.
Family is at the heart of who I am, and I enjoy spending time with my husband and our two sons. You can often find me cheering my boys on at the ball field, exploring new places, or relaxing outdoors.
Over the coming months, I look forward to getting to know our students, staff, and families. I’ll be listening, learning, and celebrating all the great things already happening at Shelton. My goal is to build on our strengths and foster a space where students and staff love coming each day to learn, grow, and thrive together.
I’m looking forward to a wonderful year together.
With Excitement,
Endea Hudgins
Principal, Shelton Elementary School
