AP students: Here’s an important reminder. Your AP scores will be available online in July. To get your scores, you must sign up for a College Board account at apscore.org. Again, AP scores will only be available online so we encourage you to sign up for a College Board account today.

We want to congratulate the Varsity Girls’s soccer team for their 3-0 victory over New Manchester last night. Goals were scored by Courtney Hahn, Michayla Barnes, and Gabby Stewart. Gabby’s goal was her 100th goal of her high school career which is a school record. Please come out tonight to Senior Night and support both the JV and Varsity Girls’ soccer teams as they take on Pebblebrook starting at 5:30!
There will be a Girls Volleyball Meeting in Coach Putman’s room on May 4th at 8:00 am and 3:30 pm. If you are planning on trying out for volleyball in August you must attend one of the two meetings. The meetings will last approximately 30 minutes.
All wrestlers or anyone considering wrestling, need to come see Coach Schouw in room 819 sometime this week.
Congratulations to Lena Allen, Kimberly Hadaway, and Chayton Pabich, for being named a Ga. Scholar by the State Superintendent of Education. The Ga. Scholar program honors high school seniors who have exhibited excellence in all phases of school life, in community activities, and in the home. Ga. Scholars are students who have carried exemplary course loads during the four years of high school: who performed excellently in all courses; who successfully participated in interscholastic events at their schools and in their communities; and who have assumed active roles in extracurricular activities sponsored by their schools.
Paulding County Physical Night is coming soon. Please mark your calendar for Monday, April 24th. Any athlete interested in playing a sport for the 2017-2018 school yr. needs to take advantage of this opportunity and be there.
The event will be held in the New Gym and start at 4:30. The cost of the physical is $20.00 cash.
All athletes need to get a physical form from their coach.
