    Mark your calendars!  Scoggins Middle School will be having Honors Night on May 22nd for 6th grade, on May 23rd for 7th grade, and on May 25th for 8th grade at 6:30 PM in the gym.  Students who will be receiving an honor will receive a personal invitation.  Invitations will be sent home with students during the week of May 15 -19th. Please come out to support our students!

    Class of 2021 current 8th grade students & parents:

     The attached document is the Class of 2021 High School 101 guide for your 8th grade student. This guide is useful when it comes to making decisions regarding classes at the high school and is used as part of the transition process from 8th to 9th grade. Please take the time to review this document with your child and a hard copy of this document will be sent home with report cards in January.

  • Georgia Parent Survey

    The Georgia Parent Survey contains 24 questions. During parent teacher conference week (October 10th through 14th), there will be computers available in the media center for parents to participate in the Georgia Parent Survey.

    We encourage all parents to participate in the Georgia Parent Survey because this information is used for our School Climate Star Rating. Survey responses are anonymous and will be submitted directly to the Georgia Department of Education for analysis. Results from the Georgia Parent Survey will not be available to the public and will not be posted online. The URL address for the Georgia Parent Survey is posted below.
