Overview
Welcome to the Paulding County School Districts Data Hub. The Hub is designed to give families and the pubic a clear picture of how our schools are supporting students every day. By focusing on attendance, behavior, and student performance, parents can see the important factors that shape their child’s learning journey. The Hub also reflects our district’s commitment to accountability, making sure we are open about our progress and dedicated to continuous improvement. Our goal is to provide parents with easy access to the information they need to understand, support, and celebrate their child’s growth and success.
Accountability
Accountability
The College and Career Ready Performance Index (CCRPI) is Georgia’s statewide accountability tool, developed by the Georgia Department of Education. Each year, CCRPI measures how well schools, districts, and the state are preparing students for the next stage of learning.
CCRPI provides a clear, comprehensive roadmap for educators, parents, and community members to understand student achievement and to support continuous improvement in college and career readiness.
How CCRPI is Measured
CCRPI includes five main components, each scored on a scale from 0 to 100:
In addition to these scores, CCRPI also reports other important information, such as:
Recent Updates
As part of Georgia’s Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA) plan, the CCRPI calculation methods were updated in 2023. These updates were approved by the U.S. Department of Education on October 4, 2023.

Discipline
Discipline
Each year, the Paulding County School District shares discipline information with the Georgia Department of Education. This information helps provide a clear picture of student behavior and school climate across the state.
The Governor’s Office of Student Achievement utilizes this data to create a Discipline Dashboard, which is made available to the public. The dashboard enables parents, educators, and community members to view trends in discipline, including the types of incidents reported and their frequency.
By reviewing this information, families and community stakeholders can gain a better understanding of how discipline is addressed in our schools and identify areas for improvement. The dashboard is one of many tools the district uses to ensure that our schools remain safe, supportive, and focused on student success.
Reading Readiness
The Reading Readiness Dashboard is designed to give parents and families a clear picture of how students are doing in reading on the Georgia Milestones Assessment. It shows how well children across Paulding County and Georgia are developing the reading skills they need to be successful in school and beyond.
This easy-to-use tool helps parents see where students are excelling and where extra support may be needed. By making this information available, we want families to feel more connected to their child’s learning and confident in the steps schools are taking to support every reader.
Strong reading skills open the door to success in every subject. Together, families and schools can use this information to encourage, celebrate, and strengthen children’s literacy growth.

Student Performance
Student Performance
Each school year, Paulding County students take part in the Georgia Milestones Assessment System (GMAS), the statewide program designed to measure how well students are mastering the Georgia Standards of Excellence.
These assessments provide valuable information about student learning in core subjects such as English Language Arts, Mathematics, Science, and Social Studies. The results not only help parents and educators understand each child’s progress but also give schools and the district important insights into overall academic performance and growth.
The Georgia Milestones include a variety of question types—such as multiple choice, constructed response, and extended writing tasks—that require students to demonstrate both knowledge and critical thinking. Students in grades 3–8 participate in End-of-Grade (EOG) assessments, while high school students take End-of-Course (EOC) assessments for specific subjects.
Assessment results are used to:
- Provide feedback to families about student achievement.
- Support teachers in planning instruction to meet student needs.
- Inform school and district improvement efforts.
- Contribute to state accountability measures like the College and Career Ready Performance Index (CCRPI).
