Proportionate Share Survey - PCSD Special Education Consultation
Per IDEA, local school districts have an obligation to provide parentally placed private school children with disabilities an opportunity for equitable participation in the services funded with Federal Part B funds that the school district has determined, after consultation with parents of parentally placed private school children with disabilities.
This survey is one part of PCSD's meaningful consultation with stakeholders. The questions are designed to capture the input of parents and private school providers on the services they would like provided for their private school and home school students.
Thank you in advance for your participation!
