I am very happy to be at North Paulding High School this year. My first year at NPHS I taught Agriculture Science in the CTAE department with a wonderful group of teachers and administrators. I am now a co-teacher in the ESEP department. Helping students through the Exceptional Students Education Program is what I enjoy the most, and I look forward to a great year with a new group of students and parents. This year I will be co-teaching Environmental Science with Mr. Tumlin, US History with Ms. Palmer, and World History with Mr. Bredeson.
Before my teaching career, I had a different profession, forest management. I have worked as a forestry consultant throughout the South East, and for the Mississippi Department of Agriculture and Commerce as a member of a first-in-the-nation program to regulate the timber industry in Mississippi.
I have a lot of hobbies including: motorcycling, restoring vintage motorcycles and machinery, playing the guitar, gardening, hunting, and fishing. In my spare time, I also enjoy spending time with my family, wife, and our many pets.
My office is in room 1108, so please come see me if you have questions, problems or concerns. I am here to help in any way I can.
If you would like to talk to me, please feel free to track me down, or email me to make an appointment.
