This week we have learned about nouns and articles. we have learned how to make nouns plural and what are signs that they are masculine or feminine. They also learned the difference between definite articles and indefinite articles.  Many sutdents are taking advantage of studying the vocabulary using Quizlet.  Every student has veen given the ability to log into my class.  That way I can track their progress.  I encourage them to use this to study their vocabulary and become proficient in the language.

I am really enjoying watching the students present their country projects.  They have found a lot of interesting information about the countries.  I hope the students are learning a lot about the Spanish speaking countries in Latin America.

Today in class, the students were given a South America outline map.  They are to label it with Spanish speaking countries and capitals.  On Friday we will have a quiz on South America.  Also today we discussed the pretest we will be taking tomorrow.  This will not be for a grade but simply to let me know how much Spanish our student already knows. If you have any questions, please contact me.
