Human Resources
The PCSD Human Resource Department is comprised of Personnel, Benefits, and Wage and Salary.
The Personnel Department handles employment matters. This department is divided into 2 categories, certified and classified. Certified jobs require a teaching certificate. Classified jobs are defined as any position that doesn't require a teaching certificate.
The Benefits Department strives to provide the highest quality of insurance and services to all employees. The employee benefit's package places Paulding County School District as a leader, when compared to other Atlanta metro area districts.
The Wage and Salary Department analysis the compensation for classified and certified personnel.
