Parent Portal - Infinite Campus

As a school district, we value partnerships with our families and open communication regarding student progress.  Infinite Campus Parent Portal is a tool for parents and students to remain up-to-date regarding their students’ daily progress.  Beginning August 2016, first time users to Parent Portal are required to establish a user identification which includes both alpha and numeric characters.  Below is information regarding how to obtain an account activation code, as well as reset accounts, if needed.

Request Activation Key

Please read the Parent Portal Usage Policy before continuing.

First Time users for Infinite Campus Parent Portal that do not yet have an Activation Key, please download the following form and take the completed form to any one of your children's school to receive a Parent Portal Activation Key.

In the event that you are not able to appear in person, you will need to complete the following absentee Portal Activation Request form.

Absentee Instructions: The properly notarized form, along with a copy of your picture ID, must be submitted by mail or fax to the principal of any one of your children. Forms that are not properly notarized or if no copy of a picture ID is submitted, your request will be denied. This is to protect the privacy of your children.

Once you have been assigned a Campus Portal Activation Key, You may continue to the Parent Portal login screen and activate your account.

Password & Login Support
 

In an effort to ensure student information security, passwords will not be reset based upon email or telephone requests.
Please note that an unsuccessful login attempt will also give you information about your browser, IP address and that the attempt has been logged. This is part of system security to prevent and document unauthorized access attempts.

 
When I try to login the page says, “Either your user name or password is not correct. Please try again!”

Be sure that you have typed your login name and password correctly. If you forgot your user name or password, the Portal Account Owner will be required to go to any Paulding County school, present a picture ID, and complete a password reset form. Changes will take 24 to 48 hours to activate new changes.

When I try to login the page says Your user account has been disabled!
 

After 3 unsuccessful login attempts, your user account will be disabled. Once a user account becomes disabled, the Portal Account Owner will be required to go to any Paulding County school, present a picture ID, and complete a password reset form. Changes will take 24 to 48 hours to activate new changes.

Parent Portal - District ID 

 
Q: I need the 'District ID' in order to login to the Infinite Campus Mobile App.  Where can I get that?


After downloading the Infinite Campus app from your devices "app store", the process then of obtaining your school's "District ID" is easy.  The steps below will assist you with finding this information so that you can login to the Infinite Campus Mobile app using your device of choice (i.e. iPhone, iPad, or Android device).

 

 

  1. Login to your school's portal using a REGULAR WEB BROWSER (i.e. Internet Explorer, Safari, Firefox, Google Chrome)



    **IMPORTANT:
      You cannot use the Infinite Campus mobile app itself to perform this first step.  You MUST use a regular browser instead.




     

     If you're a Teacher . . . 

    • If you are a teacher with at least one child enrolled in the district, in order to obtain the required "district id" you must be sure you are logging into thePARENT portal as part of this process.  Otherwise, if you attempt to login using your normal teacher account into the normal teacher portal, you will not see the information described in the next step.

    • If you are a teacher, and have no children enrolled at the district, the Infinite Campus Mobile application will have no purpose for you.  This app is intended for use solely by parents of students enrolled at the district.



  2. On the main screen to the lower right, click the big green button labeled "Get Your District ID" (see example below)



     
     

 

  1. On the next screen that appears, the District ID will appear in Step #2 (circled below) - go back now and enter this ID into the Infinite Campus mobile app when prompted, being careful to type it exactly as shown. If it does not show the code the district code is QKTFWG.
